The master record is formatted incorrectly with a colon instead of equal sign:
Color=Black|Size:S;M;L;XL;2XL;3XL;4XL;5XL
You can use a common template for similar items. Just remove the columns that do not relate to your item.

In many categories, eBay has reserved labels for Item Specifics. Those reserved labels can not be used as variations (internally called Multi-SKU items). In your case, Color and Size are reserved. So change those to Colors and Sizes, so your Variation labels they won't match eBay's Item Specific labels.
If using shipping policies, then add the policy names.
If not using policies, then add the missing columns.
• IntlShippingService-1:Option (need to find the value for GSP or EIS...)

Include these columns for both calculated shipping and international services:
• WeightMajor (whole pounds or empty)
• WeightMinor (whole ounces)
• WeightUnit ("lb" or "kg")
• PackageDepth (whole inches)
• PackageLength (whole inches)
• PackageWidth (whole inches)
• PackageType (None, Letter, LargeEnvelope, PackageThickEnvelope,
USPSLargePack-for all service providers-not just USPS)
• PostalCode (instead of Location)
Custom item specifics are not anywhere in a handy table.
If you see one on the listing form, use the same heading as shown in the item specifics.
So if there is one called "Garment Care" then create a column heading called
C:Garment Care
Use the exact capitalization and spelling as on the listing form.
Options are:
- Dry Clean Only
- Hand Wash Only
- Machine Washable
The listing form also allows making up a care option of your own, but I would avoid doing so, as it messes with eBay's database.
If a column like C:Material allows more than one selection, then concatenate the values on a single line with a vertical-pipe (|) separator, like this: Cotton|Polyester
I noticed your images are on imgur.com.
That service blocks images from appearing on eBay because it violates their terms of service (they are not a content host for other sites). But I wasn't sure if you could use them for transloading to eBay hosting. Apparently not. Imgur simply denies the eBay server's request for an image.
You must include at least one placeholder image to upload a new listing.
If you don't have an alternate image host, you can make up an image like:
https://example.com/placeholder.jpg
It will return an error, but should list successfully.
Then "delete all images" when you manually revise the listing and add the photos from your desktop for your parent record and for your variation colors.
I think you are dealing with a browser cache, since eBay is saving your URL for you, and your browser is serving the remotely hosted URL from the cached image. If your browser has incognito mode or private browsing mode (where cookies and cache are not preserved) take a look at your listing from there. Or, clear your browser cache and revise your listings to check again.
I don't see any photos when viewing your two newest listings because I don't have the images cached in my browser.
When I used the Bulk Photo Scanner tool to download your eBay listing photos, I could see that they were all still hosted on imgur. That means eBay was unable to fetch them for transloading. eBay was also unable to create a gallery photo. The scanner tool grabbed the imgur URLs from the listing, and they were successfully displayed in the tool because the tool is not yet blocked like eBay is.
So, bottom line, imgur will not work.
The largest image eBay will host is 1600x1600 (2.5M pixels).
I can see that your originals are 4000x4000 pixels (16M pixels).
That means you are uploading 6 times more data than you need to. There is no need to supply eBay with an image that is larger than 1600, as they will simply downscale it anyway and then make other sizes from that smaller master. So it is better (and faster) to give eBay a master image that is close to the size eBay keeps as a master and not slow the transmission with extra (6x) baggage.
If you manually upload through the listing editor, then the images are scaled down in your browser by eBay's uploader tool prior to transmission to eBay. But if sending from an image host via spreadsheet, it is better to be mindful of bandwidth.
