I want to recommend 2 apps I started to use and made my life as an ebay seller a lot easier.
The first one helps me with all customers support - the name of the app is done4today.com
it's currently free and it works on ebay, gmail (gsuite too) and on amazon - you can create and use email templates with one click instead of retyping same message over and over.
Questions like "where is my item?"" ""how can I return"" that are being asked a lot.
The second tool, it i-dont-pay-fees.com, it's a tool that tells you which of your items are selling well and which are just sitting there and doesn't get any sales. It allows fast delete of all items that doesn't sell and by that improves you sell through rate (STR) and clears your selling limit from items that doesn't sell
It helped me a lot, I think that if you are selling here on ebay you should try it.
