When I try to go into TL, I get the message that I need to allow TL to access my Ebay account to verify things. A normal message that appears from time to time. However this time when I try to do this, it throws an error message and is in a continuous loop.
I can get no further than this. I can't cancel it and get anywhere either. It is just stuck at this point. I have no access at all to any of my TL listings.
I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the HTTP vs the HTTPS change. I wonder this because if you have any active listings that contain the link at the bottom of the listing stated it was created with TL, that link does not adhere to the new HTTP rule and therefore Ebay is HIDING the description of that listing. You can see the description if you click on the button that Ebay is hiding the description.
You can resolve this problem by going into your listing, drop down to the bottom of your description field, highlight the link and then delete it. This will bring back your description automatically when someone views your listing.
So I ask, is the HTTP vs HTTPS causing the problem I am having? How do I resolve it so that I can access the listing I have in TL?

@mama98031 - Thank you posting your concerns on the Community boards. As recommended by @dollybeauty, please use the steps that is posted on another thread.

Technical Explanation: "Script error messages are displayed by Internet Explorer when there is a problem with the JavaScript or VBScript code on the website you are viewing. Occasionally a script error can be caused by an error in downloading a webpage, but more often it is an error in the webpage itself."
Since we design Turbo Lister to use Internet Explorer components, this would be the reason why you are seeing this error.
If you continue to have issues after you re-authorize your Turbo Lister to link up with your eBay account, please feel free to respond back to this post.
Sincerely,

Sorry for my delay in responding. Your post was very helpful. It took me a bit as my screen prompts were slightly different, but the good thing is it worked. Good solid advice that is MUCH appreciated.
Thank you again.
