comparing 2 items side by side? not easy

I go to my Ebay summery page, I want to compare 2 items before I buy. I have 15 items they show in groups of four. all I want to see is the 2 I put a check mark beside not all 15 should be easy but it is not and I don't want to delete anything. Please help!!

click on each of those items and compare them on your recently viewed item list. They should be right next to each other
