How do I block a buyer??

I type the sellers name into block seller- I returned a crappy item. Seller furious now threatening to trash me on my site. How do I protect. I typed the name sallbarnetO and it says they are not a seller but they have over 4000 fb and lots of negatives. This persons nasty.

I have gone to the blocked buyer site, and added the id of the buyer that I want to block, and saved it but my list has not changed and my buyer's id is not added to the list. I have tried it at least 3 times with no change. I don't have a large number of buyers and I been selling for over 20 years; I don't have even 100 ids on the list. Can you help me?

You do know that you need to put a comma and a space between names on the list, no?

Seller Hub/Shortcuts/Block Buyers/Manage block buyer list

- Add a comma following the last name on your list, enter one space, add the new ID and Submit.

Have you looked at Buyer Requirements?  It appears Ebay has limited the seller to why a buyer can be blocked.  I want to block buyers that lie, are deceitful, and manipulators.  I can't do it.  It is not allowed by Ebay.  I did not set up buyer requirements.  There is no apparent way to get around the buyer requirements.

I have tried to add buyers to my block list and the transactions are not functional.

I've tried the same thing and followed all the rules but no luck on getting a blocked buyer to show up on the list. Does eBay not add the names to the list?

I would like to block a buyer who unfairly maligned me by leaving an unfair negative feedback , How do I do that?
