I noticed the last week or so that I have been getting emails to the address attached to my account from Paypal concerning ebay! Now I never filed a dispute nor know anything about it and this example is but one of a couple dozen, while I am ok with any refunds, to me this tells me that there are more issues cropping up
"eBay ruled in your favor in your dispute case, and a full refund of $1.26 USD was sent to your PayPal account for your purchase from eBay Inc Shipping. It may take 3-5 business days to receive the refund in your account. eBay will then consider the dispute closed." +
