Yet another "feature"???

I went to give a refund on shipping for a multiple-item order.  I usually put in the total amount of the refund & eBay would distribute it proportionately across the items in the order.  Well, today that functionality is no longer available.  Why???  Is this yet another "feature" no one requested?

This sort of thing is really frustrating, and yet it seems to continue to happen...  Any wonder sellers get fed-up with eBay?

Could you please elaborate? I recently refunded shipping on a combined order, and it was prorated across the items in the order, so I would like to see a screen shot (if possible) or a description of how the refund was applied. Were the items grouped into a single order, or were they individual purchases with separate order numbers?

eBay is rolling out the change to sellers in phases @shipscript so you may still be seeing the old screen. Check out the links posted above by Liz.

I'm working on a comprehensive list of what functions we lost/need which I plan to post next week. Devon has been submitting our FB on these changes.
