Why is there no longer a 'Display Settings' link under 'Store Design' in 'Manage My Store'?
In my older store, in 'Manage My Store', under 'Store Design', there's links for 'Store Categories', 'Display Settings', and 'Custom Pages'. I used to be able to use, in the 'Display Settings', a custom store logo, a 'Theme and Display', and other settings.
In my new store, in 'Manage My Store', under 'Store Design', are links for 'Store Categories', 'Edit Store', and 'Subcriber Discounts'. There's no 'Display Settings', and the 'Edit Store' link doesn't have any 'Theme and Display' options.
Has eBay gotten rid of 'Theme and Display' for new stores, and left the older stores grandfathered in? Or, is there some setting I need 'turn on' to see the 'Theme and Display' link?

It's probably part of the "new" store shopping experience announced in the Spring Update. I think eBay began moving sellers over to it beginning in May.
