Why is a potential buyer being told they have to pay immediately on Buy It Now?

I have a buyer who wants to purchase an item I have on auction with a BIN price.  I told her she could pay in 4 days and I do not have the immediate payment radio button on. Why is she being told she has to pay right away when she goes to purchase the item?  Thank you.
