Cant get access to Seller Help feedback Screen - Almost instant redirection to "help home" window

Whenever i type this link "https://www.ebay.com/sellerhelp/feedback" , that should redirect to negative feedback remotion request, the usual screen dont show up and after 2 or 3 seconds it redirects to the "Help home window"...

Is that to say, i cant use the negative feedback remotion tool.

Any tips on how to access the correct window, the one that shows in left side options like "request assistance", "returns and refunds", "policies" , "getting paid", etc ?

That window , in a recent past, was reachable for me but nowadays, and in my case, its impossible...

I alreadu tried using other equipments and browsers: same instant redirection to the general help menu.

I was told that this feature is no longer valid for sellers that are from outside US territory, wich is sad because whenever we go to request chat assistance the representative always insists that we (sellers) must first use the tool for feedback remotion.

And they cant understand that because they were not informed that the tool/menu isnt presented to non-US sellers....

This is getting better every day!!
