Why doesn't ebay have a want to buy feature ?

Hello,
I'm trying to find blades like this that are only .5mm thick because thin blades cut better. If you don't have these, perhaps you have an associate you can recommend.

The message was in reference to this search ..... 10pcs 22mm Wood cutting circular saw blade disc.  If you try that search you won't see anything about the thickness.

Some of these sellers can't understand you and send back an annoying message saying, See description. Then I take them off my watch list. The heck with them. I think eBay should provide them with a good translation

Ebay used to have such a feature but it was discontinued many years ago.  Not sure of the reason but I can imagine anyone posting there would get spammed with all manner of things sorta close to what they really wanted.

There were problems in both directions: Buyers would get spammed about things they didn't want; and when there WAS a match, it led to too many off-eBay transactions.  eBay reasonably decided not to support a feature that undermined their own financial interests.
