Where do I find what I paid for a return shipping label?

I offer free returns, paid by the seller, and have had several during the past quarter. I've run and downloaded the transaction report, the file exchange report, and some other one, plus have looked in my shipping labels, returns, etc. , but I cannot find the cost on the return labels. I swear I've seen in it the past, but cannot find it now.

If you were charged for it, it would show up as a charge in your seller account as soon as the buyer printed the label.

So you'd think. But even if I look in Seller Hub > Payments > All Transactions, they aren't there. Neither are they in the detailed monthly statements, nor the invoices, or any other report I run. They aren't in my Shipping Labels either. So frustrating!

I cannot find it either this is very frustrating since that means my costs wont add up correctly for taxes

Go to the order your looking for the return label. Under the return details tab, you will see another button, "More Actions." Hit that, then go to View Payment details scroll down; it will be available
