When shipping via eBay's International shipping program, does the buyer have a choice of shipping methods/carriers FROM the shipping center to their address?
I know that they can chose which shipping method they want to use from me to the shipping center.
I sold and shipped an item via eBay's International Program, tracking says it was delivered, the buyer says it was not. eBay has already closed this case in my favor. But now the buyer wants me to send it again(after it's returned to me---which so far, I have no indication that it's being shipped back to me).
The buyer is willing to pay for another shipping(if the item is returned), but he wants to use a different carrier than the one used the first time(from eBay to him) . And, I don't know if the buyer can to that, of if eBay has a set/standard carrier/method they use?
Anyone know?
Thanks!

No the buyer can not choose.
Also the item will not be returned to you anyways.

No
The only 'choice' is if you, as a seller, shows 'choices' of shipping which would JUST be for the Domestic Leg.

Thanks for the fast responses. I sorta thought that the buyer would have no say in the method used for the international shipping part. But, I told the buyer I would ask.
So, either the buyer is lying about not getting the item, or he really didn't get it.
If he really didn't get it, it's not going to be returned to me? It will just sit in his foreign county's 'dead letter' post office?
