Hi friend,
Can you share a sample template for using to list fixed price CDs and VHS tapes on File Exchange? I'd like to examine how you do it and learn from the "best". I have 5,000 of these to list. Thank you.

@borntodeal - Thank you for posting you request to the Community. It's really hard to share an exact sample of a actual listing in the CDs and VHS category, since the specific information about the product is done by the person selling the item.
On the File Exchange page, you can download a CSV file specific for this category.
To get started, I would recommend that you download these files:
eBay Advanced User Guide: https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/pics/pdf/us/file_exchange/File_Exchange_Advanced_Instructions....
ConditionIDs by Category: https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/pics/pdf/ConditionIDs_by_Category-us.csv
1. Go to the "File Exchange" page: https://bulksell.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?FileExchangeCenter&guest=1
2. On the left hand side, click on the "File Exchange" link under "Select Template".
3. Click on the "Select a category" link under "Item Specifics Category template".
4. You can select a previously used category or enter a category number to generate a template for CDs and VHS. *Category number 309* Click "Generate Template" button.
5. Click on the "Item Specifics Category Template" link to get the template for this category.
Use the eBay File Exchange Advanced User Guide to fill out the file.
With that being said and with limited information for your product; here is an almost completed sample file that you can use as a reference. *File Attach*
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,

You want a 'killer' example? Mykal has given you one! The required fields are filled in.
Note. Yoda would do the required reading to gain mastery of the subject.

I am extremely grateful for this, however it was a lot of reading and I was hoping for the "killer" simple solution.
Here are the specs:
A VHS tape
In Good condition
$3.95 fixed price
Free shipping media mail domestic
First Class International shipping
listed with a UPC code
I had hoped to avoid reading three dozen pages of "how to" in order to accomplish this...and I am very grateful for your reply, after I read the first 5 pages of help files, I posted this request. Could you possibly itemize the "required" fields and what to put in them in order to accomplish the above?
Or perhaps someone has a template they use already they could share and I'll tweak to fit this situation? Starting from scratch will require a lot of reading ;).
Sorry, but the words "simple" and "eBay" are oxymoron's. The cannot exist together in the same context. :)

Mykal, would it be possible to email me the sample file to borntodeal at gmail so I can examine it in Excel? I would be very grateful.
@borntodeal - I'm sorry I didn't get your response until now. I have emailed you the sample file.
I made an update to the file since you provided a little more information. There are still information that you have that I don't have, so I'll leave the rest to you. I added notes to the file that you can read to complete the file.
Sincerely,
