I am attempting to list roughly 150 cards and getting the following error
"It looks like you're offering different products in the variations in your listing. Listings with variation should only offer a choice of size, color, material, or similar variation in items that are otherwise the same so that shoppers can find what they are looking for. Buyers are also often confused by a wide range of prices in a single listing. Please remove any different products from your variations. For more information about this, please see the “Offering choices”section of the Avoiding eBay fees policy."
Normally I use "Card" as the Attribute and seems to work fine. I read other posts and did another listing and used "Card #" as the attribute with 10 card variations and that one listed just fine. So I went and created a whole new listing for the 150 cards and used "Card#" instead of "Card" and received the same error. Is this due to the number of Variations?

Maybe they are cracking down on abusing the variation option.

The message seems to suggest a large price differential. If you have a few cards that are higher value, put them in a different listing. If all of your cards are the same price, I would suggest adding 10 at a time until you reach the error message. There may be something about one of the cards that triggers the message.
