Using other accounts for One business

The owner has a business account for our main eBay, but had invited employees to create new accounts under this one to manage certain things separately. One of them, owner has allowed ALL control, the other has somewhat limited. Neither account has been able print packing slip/order receipt for the orders, yet can see the orders. Support has been contacted but can't seem to figure it out either. Has anyone been able to figure this out for business operations?
