I've heard reports from sellers who've experienced trouble when using Google Drive hosted pictures on eBay. I've done some testing on my own account and had some success using the following format for picture URLs:
https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=FILEID
(However, I want to point out that if a listing has variations and you use pictures hosted on Google Drive for the variations, the pictures will likely not work.)
If that does not work for you, then you would need to use some other image hosting service. I know some sellers have used Google Cloud. Auctiva and Inkfrog offer image hosting, and there are many others.
