Shipping tool issues

Ever since they made this new tool, my shipping costs have gone up AND has handling costs. How do I change it to set my own shipping cost with no handling charge?

Is there a way to use the listing tool they had before the recent change?

I much preferred uploading pictures and then Ebay finding a match rather than depending on my written description. Maybe I am alone in feeling this way. It's making listing take longer for me so unable to do as many.
