I've used the upload template successfully in the past, but this time I'm having a problem. All of my listings fail, with the error #21916328 - Error - Please specify a valid return policy.|
I'm using Business Policies, and the value I'm uploading exactly matches the name of the return policy I want to use. I checked for extra spaces, even copied from the return policy to the upload template. "14-day" is the exact policy name and the exact value in my spreadsheet.
Just now I deleted all but one listing and got the same result.
Any suggestions?

If you're entered a valid return policy name in the Return profile name column, then the error could be due to you entering return information in any of the four following columns:
Returns accepted option
Returns within option
Refund option
Return shipping cost paid by
You should leave the above four fields blank (or just delete them from your file).

Thanks, good thought but that’s not it. Those columns are empty.

Actually, I spoke too soon. It was the "Return shipping cost paid by" field that got me - I had that one populated.
