I am trying to create a simply listing on a bracelet. The quantity and the price are "dimmed" and and entry is not permitted. This is so irritating I usually end up listing on Etsy.  Help?

Which listing tool are you using? Mobile App, Advanced/Business Lister, or new Unified Lister?

Are you using sell-similar from an old listing?
