Turbo Lister crashed and problems reinstalling

My TL crashed so I uninstalled and am trying to do a fresh install and it gives me an error has occurred on the script in this page when it gets to the login in to Ebay section https://ir.ebaystatic.com/rs/v/hnwwzunkuqzl1fhexjwvoyphrqq.js

Why would I get this on a fresh install?

When I click no on do you want to continue running on this page it lets me continue but when it gets to updating, it tells me I am not connected to the internet which I am.

I am using a previous TL exe download for Canada to install.

Could this create problems?

Any help would be appreciated

I thought Turbo Lister died years ago.  It took a couple hundred of my listings with it when it stopped.

At this point, I would just give up on it.

I don't give up so easily, it has about 1200 of my listings.

i lost 4000+,  and also pops up an     'i am not a robot'  and make answer ?  like click on how many street lights do you see, and continues with several other little pictures for you to identify before it lets you pass, THEN more problems trying to get in to upload items  4000+  gone,  ALSO laptop can only access thru windows 10  ONLY thru EXPLOER, which I can't install?
