Trying to change email address to my new email. edit and enter new email. popes up in red. new email already in use. It is my email add. with all my contats except ebay. won't let me change. cant contact live person on ebay. by cell phone does not do text. will receive mesage.

Sounds like your email is already tied to an eBay account. Log in with the new email and use the forgot password link. Figure out which account that email is tied to.
