Third Party Authorizations (3rd party apps) and Site Preferences - where did they go?

In the old ebay preferences page I could find Site Preferences and then see the Third Party Authorizations for services and apps and remove the ones I didn't want. Now I can't find this setting in the new account settings. Where did it go?

I found it. But it doesn't work. It seems it's broken. I want to revoke permission and I do, it tells me "Your changes have been saved" and it takes me back to the Signin & Security page. When I go back to look at the 3rd party authorizations, the authorization I just deleted is still there. I tried deleting several times and it's not deleting the authorization.

Sorry, ignore my last reply. Why can't we edit reply beyond 2 minutes. 

Deleting worked after a few minutes the authorization is gone.
