TL question

Because TL didn't make listings that were 'mobile ready' we stopped writing new listings with it, so two plus months of stuff with no copy in TL inventory. Can I export unsold listings in TL from id 1 to id 2, then back to id 1 to get them into inventory?

@steve_stuff - This is a great question.

Yes, you can export "Listing Activity - Ended LIstings - Unsold" listings from within "ID1".

Here are the steps:

1. Highlight the "Unsold" listing(s) that you would like to export.

2. Go to "File > Export Selected Items".

3. If you have Excel on your computer, you can select "Turbo Lister Format (CSV)". You can also select "Turbo Lister Format (.tdb)". If you have Excel, either format will work. Click on the "Export" button.

4.  Give your file a name and "Save" the export to either your desktop or a folder directory on your computer that you will remember.

5. Switch to "ID2" by going to "File > Change User".

          - If you don't already have "ID2" created, you can create the user file at this point by clicking on               the 'New' button.

6. Open "ID2" and import the exported listing(s) into the "Inventory" tab by going to "File > Import Items > From File".

           - If you chose to export as a .tdb file on step 3, you'll need to change the "File Type" to ".tdb"                    for the file to appear as a selectable option during the import process.

7. After you import in the file, you can switch back to "ID1" (File > Change User) and perform the same steps to import the information into the "Inventory" tab.

These steps will help you with performing the task that you are looking to take. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to ask the Community or if you need direct support from eBay, please feel free to reach out to our eBay Customer Support helplines.
