Syncing Website and EBay

I am going to build a website. I may go with Shopify or build a custom website. The main feature I am looking for is a program that will sync my EBay lisings with the website although keeping them separate as far as completing payment is concerned. Is there a good tool for this? I transfered my listings on to the Shopify site I am testing for a trial. I didn't like that it dodn't seem to categorize the listings as I have them on Ebay.

Try this eBay approved platform  www.vendio.com

They cross over inventory and maintain inventory to/from both eBay and Amazon right from there platform.  You can even just use them as a hosting website as well.  Set up your listing at vendio then decide which item's you want to import to whatever platform you want.  They have been around for more than a dozen years.

This sounds like it would solve all your requested at one time.
