Hello, brand new seller here, just started three days ago and already have more than $100 in sales. So I'm pretty enthusiastic. I've created a total of 31 listings by now and was finally getting the hang of it.
I created my last listing this morning, no problems.
Then I wanted to make a partial shipping refund to a buyer of multiple items. After having trouble figuring out how to do it, my research led me to going to eBay.com/sellerhub for the first time. Disaster. Ever since, I can no longer access the listing format I was using. I am directed immediately to 'seller hub,' and that listing template is a nightmare. Among a dozen problems, it won't let me list my location as simply 'United States,' and makes me announce my exact location (probably literally only 200 people have my zip code) to the world. I will not be listing another item on eBay until I can find a way to get around this. The easiest way would be just go back to the pre-/sellerhub format. Is there any possible way to do it?
Other responses to this question that I've found talk about hovering over the eBay logo and clicking on sell, etc. That does NOT work. It brings me right back to seller hub. Thanks for any help offered.

Hopefully, someone can help you out of the Seller Hub, but as long as you're stuck there...
Go to Orders/Paid and shipped and use the drop-down menu to the left to 'Issue refund'. Enter the amount and submit.

For what it's worth, I don't remember how long (forever, it seems) I've been using Seller Hub. I like it. If you decide to try it... don't be afraid to hit the Tabs and any hot buttons to see what happens. There's a lot of useful seller info in there! 🍀
