Sometimes very difficult to use Ebay software. Regressions seem to occur often, like today. For example:
1) Can't leave feedback for combine orders. Says some error and close window and try again.
2) Add tracking number and save. Goes to login page, but page ignores your credentials and sits there doing nothing. Thankfully it did save the tracking number.

Most problems can be resolved by clearing the browser cache and cookies. This should be done regularly because eBay updates pages regularly and the browser can be caching or storing old page components that are not compatible with a newer update.
Sometimes browser add-ons interfere with eBay. And those can also update and change. So another test, after clearing the browser cache and cookies, is to temporarily turn off the browser add-on to see if performance changes.
If the problem persists, it can be reported on the technical forum where others may be reporting a similar issue.
