Wow, the answer MUST be simple, but.... I have a main store where my estimated shipping shows up AS I list, so I can play with the numbers a bit. In my newer 2nd store, I can't seem to get there. When I put in the weight and dimensions, it shows me nothing. I just can't find the answer! Help!

Hard to say as you've given basically no info to go on, but I'm going to take a shot in the dark @thesethoseandthis .
Is it possible the second account is using business policies? Under the shipping section do you see something that says to select a policy instead of a shipping service?
If the answer is yes, read on. If the answer is no, you'll need to come back and provide more info and/or screenshots to show the problem.

Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.
Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.
After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.
It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

Oh gotcha - thanks for the note about deleting. What weird NOW is that I put a listing into drafts, then checked in my app and all of the shipping choices showed up there! They are refusing to show up on my laptop no matter what I do...except for that one thing I haven't figured out to do yet! I've made new policies and added the services each time, but they do not show up while I'm in the listing frame on my laptop/monitor
