I can’t mark my sold items as shipped Every time I do it just reset as if I did nothing.

This is not ebay customer service this is the ebay community of buyers and sellers.
I do not have access to your account so all I can do is make a guess..
You received a shipping notification.
Do you mean you got a shipping notification email?
Emails don't really show much.
Does the the tracking number say label created and nothing more?
Has the tracking stopped updating after the item reached the Post office?
More info would be helpful.

Hi @rickferrarin2012! We're aware of the issue and working on a fix. It sounds like it's usually updating at a later date. Hopefully you've found that be true in the meantime.
