Hello,
I have many listing that I have uploaded through eBay file exchange. I used imgbb.com to host the images when uploading. The images were then moved by eBay to EPS. Subsequently, imgbb.com removed all of my thousands of images. This is partially OK because the listings use the images that eBay stored on EPS. However, if I want to relist or sell similar on an ended listing, eBay wants to use the original image links to imgbb.com. Does anyone know if there is a way around this, where eBay will simply retain the EPS images for Relisting and Sell Similar, without trying to use the original image links?
Thanks!

This is an apparent problem with File Exchange. In most cases, File Exchange can successfully transload photos to eBay servers, but does not record the new URLs within the uploaded data. So, while photos have new eBay (EPS) URLs, the database contains, and discloses, external URLs.
eBay staff has also confirmed that Variation photos no longer attempt to transload, and, therefore, deliver photos directly from the seller's external server. So, in that situation, the seller must maintain the variation photos on the external server.
This tool had previously been able to pull the EPS photos from listings, but eBay has recently restricted external bulk access to listings, so the tool will fail after a short number of EPS listing photo URLs have been extracted and returned.

Until about 2-3 years ago, File Exchange could not accept the upload of an EPS URL in a spreadsheet. That has finally been settled, so an EPS URL can now be added to a File Exchange spreadsheet.
Bottom line is that your situation does leave you in the lurch. Hopefully, you can extract EPS URLs from the above tool before the bot-block kicks in for the day.
