Anyone else having an issue with creating or editing a template?
When I create the template and click save - it just hangs in the queue and NEVER actually saves my work.
It just hangs in "Saving Template . . . "
It's driving me nuts - anybody else? Any work arounds? thx!!!

I spoke with Ebay a few days ago about this and they opened a case. They advised me to tell other people with this issue to report it to them. You can message them on their Ebay facebook page. Make sure to include your name, Ebay email address and the zip code associated with your account..

I have a similar problem. I get a spinning circle when trying to save a revised template. I'm attaching a screen shot. It's hard to believe this is that difficult for a major company to fix.

Are you able to save a template if you use the New Listing Tool?

I never tried, I used the new listing tool once but switched back to the old one. The new one was buggy and difficult to use.

That is what I had to do in November when the templates wouldn't work.
That New Listing Tool is an absolute mess on my slow DSL connection with all of its click-heres and open this window theres.
I was trying to get some templates set up last fall so when I came back to listing in the spring they would be ready to go. Now I fear I'll have to use that annoying new lister again so it doesn't make me want to even list at all. I miss Turbo Lister!

yeah, the new lister is crap. I am not sure how they though that was better then what they have.
What I have been doing is switching to the new lister, updating my templates and switching back to the old lister.. A bit of a pain but it works..
If you haven't yet I would suggest contacting Ebay about this. You can send them a message on their Ebay Facebook page. Maybe they will fix this faster if more people report it..

I posted a post in the Ebay for Business Facebook Community as I was hoping other sellers who are having this problem would also comment but so far no comments and no response from eBay CS there.

It's been going on for approx: 1 week. Called support and they said it could take 20 days. We can't load any new product. We're losing sales opportunities. You're losing fees. Seems like the issue should be a high priority.

There should be a link to try the New Listing Tool at the top right of the page if you are using a different listing tool.

I see that a new ticket was started this month for this same issue with the tech team. I've added everyone to the new one from February on that's posted here.
If someone from last year is still experiencing this, or it's started up again for them, please follow-up here and I'll get them added to the new ticket.

I too have been having stalled templates and listings - with data vanishing for over a week
I called Ebay tonight and its a known bug on the site
They are processing each seller individually who needs help and an individual ticket must be filed.
Do not do it through FB that is not safe sharing your member id & email and ID -safety 101.
If you don't call customer service and file a ticket they won't know you are affected. It takes up to 48 hrs
to be rectified. I got an instant call back through the help/ assistant system.
