Saving Template

Anyone else having an issue with creating or editing a template?   

When I create the template and click save - it just hangs in the queue and NEVER actually saves my work.

It just hangs in "Saving Template . . . " 

It's driving me nuts - anybody else?  Any work arounds?   thx!!!

I have resolved the issue by changing to a new category and filling in all required fields such as "Type".

This has happened to me 3 times today! And it's 10 days after your post. Very annoying as we're all trying to sell items in time for Christmas. I'll try to work out how to report 😞

Yes, happening to me too. Stays at "Saving templates..." no matter how long I wait (10, 25, 45 minutes...). If I refresh the page I lose all my work.

I was having this same issue again the last few days.  grrr..

I just talked with Ebay and got them to open a case about this.  They said to get more people to contact them about this issue.  You can message them on their Ebay facebook page.  Make sure to include your name, Ebay email address and the zip code associated with your account..

What Facebook 'group'? Or do you mean a Facebook 'Page'? These are two different entities, there is a significant difference.

There are several that use the term "eBay" in their title. none of them seem to be an official group.
