I downloaded the drafts CSV file. Fill it out with the info... everything gets entered onto the draft listing except the Custom label (SKU) field. I am entering a simple 5 character number.
I didn't see anyone else post about this. Any help would be appreciated.

The "drafts" template will probably fail to support fields that are not in the original download. However, Custom label (SKU) is supposed to be a valid field.
On the Reports > Uploads page is a "comments" link. Use that to report a bug in the tool.

It doesn't work. Even if you download the template type in a sku of any sort and import it with the sample data the CustomLabel (SKU) field remains unpopulated. I reported it last year and they promised to get back to me. I followed up a couple times but never really got a response of any sort. There are also issues with the photos uploading correctly.
The Custom Label (SKU) may just be a typo, as the field name in the csv differs fron the fielf name used in other template files and the Seller Hub Reports documentation, but changing it didn't work for me so the error may be in the import script also.

The File Exchange header name is "CustomLabel" -(in CamelCase format).
The Seller Hub header name should be "Custom label (SKU)" -(Only the first letter capitalized).
Both should work in a Seller Hub Upload.
One would think, or hope, that if eBay's parser can accept both the File Exchange format and the Seller Hub format for its headers, that it would also be able to ignore the capitalization problem in the documentation.
In any event, all variations of that header appear to fail, so it looks like the programmers did not implement that field when extracting data to generate a draft.
I used the comment option on the Uploads screen to advise eBay that I tried all variations of typos, and it looks like a programming bug. And I also advised that the screenshots in the documentation do not follow the new header format used by Seller Hub.

We're aware that the custom label field in the Create New Drafts is not working. Our engineers are working on resolving the problem. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Is there a completion date?

Is this something that is still being worked on? I tried to use it today and nothing I do can get this to work. This would be a game changer for my business if you could just get the custom sku to work. PLEASE HELP!

Do we have a timeline for repair of the SKU problem in draft uploads?

Hi @shipscript and @cayleysanborn,
There is an open ticket for the issue of the custom label field in the drafts template not working. We don't have a timeframe on when it will get fixed. I've added a message to the ticket to let our engineers know that it is negatively affecting users.

Would be incredibly helpful if the Custom Label (Sku) field got fixed. Obviously it can be updated post upload but that is another step in the drafting process. The less steps there are the more listings can go up on the site.

Just putting my two pence in.
I would also like this feature to be fixed. I totally agree that the less steps there are the more listings can go up on the site.

Hi @ephdealsuk,
The issue has been resolved. When you upload a template to create new drafts, what is in the custom label (SKU) field of the template should now be included in the newly created drafts.
