hi , im a seller and i was just wondering, if the feedback has been changed? im trying to leave feedback to a buyer, but when i go, like i usually did, i press positve, then it says to add extra, but it already says something in the box which i didnt write, and when you go press to submit, it doesnt go through, please help, what do i do. thank you so much!!

The sample feedback is not really there.  It is just a suggestion. When you start typing text into the feedback box, the sample text will disappear and you should be able to post your own version of feedback. You won't even be able to post feedback until your type your own.
