Hi.
I had a PC crash and had to reinstall everything.
I reinstalled Turbo Lister 2, and then restored my last saved back-up of my previous database (which I didn't lose on the crash).
Turbolister looks reloaded (same number of listings etc. showing under inventory, but the item listing details are blank (not populated). The same happens if I try and load the item details available on the Ebay site into TL.
I think I must be missing something, but I've restored previously without this issue. Help.

Do you have the most recent version? Although mine updated with no issues for years, I learned in November I didn't have the latest version. I contacted support and got the link to download it. I had no issues after reinstalling, and then later installing on a new computer so I can't speak specifically to what your experiencing.
Unfortunately you can't call tech support now (advanced apps), but maybe there's a way to contact them via email during this coronavirus crisis.
Here's the link to the thread about the latest version so you can check your files.

Thanks. That may have been the underlying issue, but I managed to resolve it.
The problem is because I list on Ebay Canada using the US Turbolister 2 tool. But when I had first reinstalled TL, the option to change or add countries where I sell did not work for me. I uninstalled and tried setting it up again from a different download site and was able to change the country details and everything is working now.
Phew! Didn't look forward to recreating 170 listings from scratch.

That's great news, I'm glad to know you got it working from another download site.
Years ago I must have lost files or access to them or TurboLister wasn't working, so I got in the habit of putting my titles and item descriptions in a plain text file using Notepad++ . I have folders for each category, like dvd's, collectibles, or magazines for example, and save the files to the appropriate folders. When I create a TurboLister file, I just copy and paste my title and item description from Notepad++ to the appropriate TurboLister fields. So it's really not that much work, but gives me peace of mind. Plus I'll often add notes about the item in the Notepad++ file.
That routine came in handy once when I had a problem with TurboLister not connecting and giving error messages and I had to use the SYI form. I was relisting some duplicates of items I'd previously sold, so it was nice to have all the information from the first listings at my fingertips.
