Order not received

Just curious as to why eBay is denying my claim that I did not receive my order.    Thankfully it was only 27.00     The seller got some feedback saying tracking scans etc.    unfortunately I did not check before ordering    

trying to appeal but having trouble 

I’m really annoyed    It’s not the money  it’s the principal now

If tracking shows DELIVERED the bots will dismiss the claim.

Take the tracking number down to the post office and have them check the GPS coordinates for where the package was delivered.  If it was NOT delivered to your address, get that information on one of the USPS letterheads and submit that to ebay.
