Why could this be? The only thing we can think of is a our seller level dropped below standard after having a rash of out of stock items.
@goodpointrecycling - Thank you for posting your concerns to this community board posting. I'm sorry that you haven't received any comments on this. I'll be happy to share my experience in this.
I've ran into a few situation where promotions or listings weren't marked down the percent that I wanted because of the option that was selected when creating the promotion.
There are two options: Discount + Sales Event and Sale event only. If you select to "Sale event only", it won't mark item price down and just set up a "Event" with no items being marked down.
Please check your settings to make sure that you use the "Discount + Sale event" option for 10%.
