Promotion - Order Discount / Coupons

I have just recently upgraded to a store.  I want to run a promotion for my collectibles under Order Discount something like B1G150% off or a coupon offering same.  

But, I don't see how to set it to make sure that it is B1 at regular price get the second one of equal or lower value for 50% off. 

Does anyone know if this is automatic or assumed?  Don't really like to assume.

Under the Marketing tab, select Promotions. 

Click on create a promotion and select Order Discount

Then select the 3rd set labeled Buy One, Get One and set your percentage.

The 50% off will be on the lower value item.
