Problem updating Turbo Lister

Hi,

I just fired up TL after not using the program for about 6 years..... best guess is Fall/Winter 2013.

It did all sorts of things just fine, but it keeps getting caught at updating.

I get an endless spinning circle (even if left overnight) and an error message that says, 'The API call "GetAttributesXSL" is invalid or not supported in this release."

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I would like to welcome you back to using Turbo Lister. Being that the program is already going to be outdated, your copy of Turbo Lister isn't going to properly connect to our servers due to security reasons.

You may want to reinstall Turbo Lister or install the latest version of Turbo Lister on top of your current version.

Enter "Turbo Lister" on the "Help Search topic", then click on the "Call Us" button at the top. You'll need to request to be connected to the Advanced Apps team to assist you with Turbo Lister.

Putting Turbo Lister into the Help page Search generates several topics but no Call Us option.

If I click Call Us from that main Help Page, it funnels me to topics and subtopics that don't apply (and a call us option for various departments from those, I assume).

Should I just follow a random Selling topic, get a phone number, and ask to be transferred?

@this*old*attic - We no longer offer the download link from our site. The Advanced Apps team will still be available to support Turbo Lister. As for the program itself, we are no longer making any major improves. We'll keep updating the program as much as we can. Once the program is no longer able to be  updated, Turbo Lister would be limited in functionality.

I'm glad we were able to assist you with getting your copy of Turbo Lister up and running.

Yes, it wasn’t a download in the classic sense. The CS walked me through some search bar addresses to do the job.
