Old Listing Format

Tried the new listing format.  Hate it.  How do I get back to original format?

update- ebay has not reinstated the working classic listing tool yet.

When I click on the 3 dots the choices are Feedback and Latest Update. The  biggest issue so far is the description section. I create my listings in HTML and when I go to preview it shows the code and not regular text. Does the new listing form require plain text?

New format sucks! I try to sell a similar item, where I just have to change some specifics in the description, and the description is not even there anymore! Just gives you the option of using a custom template. Also, when I click on the 3 dots, going back to the classic is not an option.

This is yet another example of programmers who change things but who are not users of the pages changed.  Simplifying pages hurts power sellers who list may items.  It now takes much longer. 

We are ready to take our stuff to the thrift store and not use ebay.

anyone who sells in volume or just liked the efficiency of the classic is wrestling with the idea of moving product off ebay new- its just too time consuming and frustrating to list with the new tool- and its not that we just don't like change- all of the hundreds of reasons that we have all mentioned here in various threads  are viable real issues and design flaws. just give us the classic option back till you can figure out how to make the new one usable-  ebay needs to stop the bleeding now before we sellers are gone- we just cannot sustain a business while taking 5x-10x longer per listing....... BTW- I have used this tool once every week for 18 months and provided relevant feedback so I am not just in shock about for the first time. I have not  yet been able to suffer through to the end and successfully create a whole listing.

      Unfortunately if you dont have the option in the top right corner of the listing page you are stuck with it now. Please just keep sending feedback on the new tool so we can get them to fix its mobile app design into something more usable on a desktop. 

       What I see is yet another valuable ebay seller with feedback near 2000 that does not like the change. EBAY ALL YOUR SELLERS CANT BE WRONG-Its not us- its you!

      I'm sorry to say that it looks like they are continuing to roll it out to more sellers instead of addressing the issues that we have all been talking about for months now.

   With ebay it one step forward and 23 steps backwards

All we want as paying customers is a tool that works well on the devices that we choose to list with- NOT A SUBSTANDARD UNIFIED MESS that ignores the benefits of the device and limits the experience to a mobile phone app.

     Did you get the thee dots back yet?, seems off that they not would get rid of the feedback feature

I have called in quite a few times on the off chance that someone would be able to switch my account back but no such luck.     I just want to be able to list again without being frustrated at every turn by extra clicks and features hidden behind popup boxes

I don't even see the feedback option. No dots either. There is a comment to click on, but that doesn't help.

who knows... everything changes here by the day it seems.. and never the same for everyone- there must be 20 differing groups of versions of ebay features going....

Just wish we had access to the classic listing tool - it actually worked well and was a professional desktop listing tool optimized to give sellers the best efficiency in the listing process........  opposite of the mobile app unified listing tool many of us are forced to use now.
