No Voice Mic Search from the desktop PC

Is there a way to add Voice search on a PC  like there is on the phone and tablet application's?

Thank you for the link. I am aware and use the google  voice feature currently. The question is when I'm using my PC and windows and the  eBay's search box there is not a mic icon to use voice to search. The apps for the phones have the mic and voice feature available.

I just got an external usb microphone that I hooked up to my pc today and tried it. I'm able to search in eBay's search box by voice.  I don't know what your set-up is, but when I press the Windows logo button plus the "h" key, a microphone symbol pops up. I just have to click the microphone icon while in a text box, including the search box, and it adds the text. In fact I just realized I can use it to enter this by voice. You might have to play around with settings or maybe even accessibility settings, I'm not sure. Hope this helps.

I just tried the Windows-H key on my laptop and it opened up the microphone icon right away.
