With Turbo List becoming not supported soon(actually my TL2 is no longer working...I can bring it up, but as soon as I click anything, it crashes).
I have over 55,000 items to sell, with over 15,000 in my TL2 database(within 5 userID's). I have recent .imb, and .tlb format database backups
I might consider 'hiring out' the listing process(to a File Exchange expert), and paying someone to do all my listing. I've read about the 'valet'/consignment service, but I'm not about to ship my items to someone that I don't know. Are there people for hire that will list my items for me, for a % of the sales price?
I'm looking for the following:
1) I email someone my .imb, and .tlb format database backups, or listings(title and body), and pictures for the 15,000 items(we can start with less to see how it goes). All my listings are the same except for the title, body, and pictures(some items have a heavier weight)
2) They take all that info and make the postings using File Exchange(or whatever they want).
They collect the funds when a sale is made, send me the funds, less their fee, and item sold, and shipping info.
3) I ship the items out to the buyer.
Does this kind of service exist?

You are describing a situation where you will be the dropshipper for the seller who creates the listings.
In order to maintain control, you may want to hire out the listing creation on your own account. eBay has recently added "multi users" to the account settings (MUAA).

That sounds like a bad idea! I would never do that with all the scammers out there!

If you can't resolve your TL issue, you could contract with someone to extract a CSV from your TL database (the contractor would need to have a current and working version of TL -- very important). An exported inventory database is not linked to any specific eBay account, and I am hoping a TL database is also not linked to any specific account ( @Anonymous -- is it?) If that holds true, it will be portable and can be loaded onto any other account. If you can get the exported CSV (and the stored photos), it will be much easier to bulk-create listings and you'll have more options.
I used to participate on https://freelancer.com where projects can be posted and bid on by programmers. You might give it a try. I can no longer access the site because my browser and computer are no longer supported. But as long as you post clear instructions of what you want done, can describe the limits of the work, and look at the history of the bidders, you might find some reasonably priced contractors from India who can perform the work. The payout is escrowed by the service, so you will need to understand how to release payment.
Since you have the items in your possession, the listings should be in your store under your username. To create listings, you can pay your "listing agent" by the item or flat fee (not on commission) using the MUAA approach. Much cleaner and safer.
Alternatively, if you can get a CSV, you may be able to bulk list yourself using eBay's free File Exchange or using SixBit. Unfortunately, the photos can not be directly uploaded through File Exchange (but should be directly uploadable through SixBit). For File Exchange, the photos would need an online host so that File Exchange servers can fetch images from those host URLs. Alternatively, the listings could be launched with File Exchange and the photos could be manually uploaded through eBay.
Many options here, but all involve getting data from your TL database. Maybe @Anonymous has some ideas for getting into your database, despite your TL crashing.
