Need Help Adding Tracking Content in a Lost Item Case

Hi!

My customer didn't receive her bracelet.  I'm trying to add the tracking number,  postal service, date delivered etc. to the case.  I keep trying in my seller tools and it continues to say "something went wrong, please try later".  I've tried numerous times.  It may be a software issue.  Does anyone have any help?
