I have a question as well. Why not just ignore things which bother you instead of being sarcastic? Yeah, your response helped immensely. Maybe someone should ask for you to start your own website as well where you see nothing but Stepford people responses? It's a message board and pithy sarcasm get us where?

I have been with ebay for nearly 20 years and I can only agree with all these coments, the new format is a complete waste of computing space, I don't need stats to to tell me how I'm doing, my bank balance does that for me quite simply. I now find myself trawling through un-needed pages where as before I could get all the info I needed from one page, are you listening ebay 1 PAGE, so come on ebay listen to the people who pay your wages and take note !!!!

I completely agree,,,Sellers on ebay have put up with alot over the years and from my personal perspective I am exhausted with the constant changes that are never better, definitely more time consuming to figure out where everything is,,,I think that my patience is exhausted and I will be leaving ebay,,,They just dont get it,,,they force us to use these new tools and formats THEN ask for our feedback which is a huge joke!,,,I know alot of sellers that have quit ebay and it will be in my near future,,,I cant take it anymore,,,I have been through too much stress and frustration with them,,,I have reached my limit,,,I would rather work at McDonalds than be micromanaged by ebay that have never created a listing and have no clue how time consuming this process is before you even get to the listing part,,,Selling on ebay has become a downer,,,mentally exhausting and frustrating process,,,My sister quit selling a long time ago and she said she felt like a gorilla was off her back,,,I am now getting forced into seller hub after only being in the new overview a short time and once I cant go back I am DONE!!!!

This new format is really bad. My sales have dropped so drastically and I didn't even get notified quickly on last sale. I am going to phase out my Ebay use. What were they thinking and how can we get the message to them?

I've been with Ebay 20 years and the new format is completely worthless. I have no use for it as it stands and will probably drop my account in the near future if things don't improve.

Yes I agree with all this. I also have been with ebay 21 years and everything has become so bad. I've been having a lot of success with Offerup and Craigslist and other companies as I'm sure many others seller are doing. All the site issues from constant changes is sickening and things never become any better. Just leave things alone that aren't broken. When you go to Walmart you always know where the automobile section is back in that corner..the same corner it's been always. That's why they stay successful because they don't make changes for the sake of making changes. Changes cost money that get passed on to the sellers and the customers. Have you seen the EbayMotors App lately? I think a few 12 year olds could have done a better job. And the fees? Sell a $20 item and see what's left in your pocket after all the fees and shipping...

Just think of how much they make on everyone's money holding it a couple days. Constant money coming in that im sure they are gaining interest on. Along with fees etc. I wish payments could go right to paypal it was so much easier.

I just started back here after a few years away, this new format is terrible. Its confusing and slow.
They had it right 19 years ago.

Now I see they're holding my money for 21 days?

I've only started selling, and only a couple items have sold so far but at this point the buyer has paid, I have shipped the item, and ebay says my payout is awaiting deliver or positive feedback from the buyer?
Meanwhile I have no control of my item shipped, no cash in hand and I'm out the shipping cost out of pocket because that goes through PP, where they say money can no longer be sent.

Then it looks like they charged my the final value fee on the buyers taxed amount with shipping, not the amount it sold for.

If they're going to hold our money, then they should pay interest on it and allow shipping fees to come out of the balance not out of my PP account or bank account.

I quit selling years ago because of too many predatory buyers. A couple boxes of rocks returned for refunds was all it took, now it looks like we have less control over things like that.

It feels to me sort of like taking a personal check and shipping the item hoping like hell it clears and you get paid.

Its not like I'm a completely new seller either, I guess perfect feedback means very little these days.

I started selling on Ebay 21 years ago. I'm not a regular seller and may go many months without selling anything. I have 100% positive feedback with over 700 sales. I hadn't sold anything in a few years and recently listed several items. One item sold fairly quickly and the buyer paid immediately. I didn't get paid immediately as I had the approximately 700+ times previously. After digging around in the app, I discovered that my getting paid was on hold. What? I looked up what that meant and it said that could happen if you were a new seller, there was some sort of dispute on the sale or you needed to enter the tracking information. I am not a new seller and there isn't a dispute. I shipped the package and entered the tracking information and a few days later, it was still on hold. What the #$%@ is going on? I called Ebay and got this **bleep** about managed payments and I won't get paid until the package is delivered. I started selling on Ebay in 2000 and it was much better then. I got paid immediately. Now shipping is out of pocket and they'll pay me whenever they want, I guess. This is ridiculous! I'm removing my other listings and using another platform to sell them. Oh, the final fee was higher than it used to be as well. Ebay has gone downhill and isn't treating sellers well. Sellers... the reason they even exist! Smh.

I cant stand the page...I sold an item 2 days ago but never even knew until I got an email saying my item was late to ship..For 9 years I shipped same day always...Who got paid to create the terrible insane lack of work flow pages....And now pages and pages instead of doing everything on one page...And to thinkg some sat down in board room thought oh lets ruin the entire work flow as if no one at all ever sold on ebay has no idea what they are doing created the most convoluted pages ever its almost like corporate sabotage ...

I 100% agree. What other store has a policy of you choose an item, take it home, try it, and at some arbitrary point in the future the store gets paid?! It’s nonsense.

WORST SELLING FORMAT EVER... IVE BEEN SELLING FOR 20 YEARS ON EBAY AND THIS COMPLETELY SUCKS ASS!!! JUST TERRIBLE AND TO THINK THEY WON'T LET YOU REVERT BACK IS SOOOOO DUMB.

LISTING NOW IS A HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS
