can some one explain to me why eBay asking for privacy to be uploaded to
everybody to see specially those scammers in INDIA ,????so we giving
them everything in silver plate no need for them to make robots calls to
scam people .???????
does ebay have the right to take action on a case that is out of their
hands ,item was damaged by the carrier (or buyer himself) ,buyer filed
an insurance claim with the carrier and waiting for answer eBay in the
other hand ask him to return the item...
why eBay hold the partial money after a dispute is closed by the buyer
when he realized that his claim had no merit ?Philippines explanation
