Motolister

HAs anyone used motorlister and if so have you had any issues? We have used it for years and now it will not work and can't get anyone to call us back to resolve the problem. They just took their fees out today.

I could also use a response to this, I have been trying to troubleshoot the program for weeks and have not gotten a response to phone or email. what issue are you having? everything works except the program will not communicate with my label printer that is working properly and prints from the computer and other programs. I have tried multiple fresh installs of different versions and even tried different computers. Any response or help would be greatly appreciated.

For the label printer to communicate with motolister you need framework 3.0 installed.  Go to the motolister website you can find it there

What's your issue maybe I can help.  I'm currently having issues also but have resolved many of them

I'm having trouble with camera connection.  We've been trying to get in touch with them since last week.  Hopefully we hear something soon.  Anyone have error EdsCreateFileStream () failed....and possibly figured it out yet?

We have been using it since 2016. Yeah motolister has been really bad since 2020 for us.  I am always uninstalling and reinstalling on the 3 listing computers.  Customer service sucks.  When will motolister be out of beta? Toady I am dealing with my shipping options not coming up on the tool. Can't list to eBay without the shipping options.  Errors happen all the time very frustrating.  Every time I contact motolister I just get told to download the September 23, 2022 version.  Well I still get errors like crazy.  Why can't they just make this tool work well? Why does it crash all the time? Why do I get errors almost every time I click on something?  Why don't the errors tell me what's wrong?  Lots of unanswered questions.  I feel like I get blown off when I try to reach out to resolve my issues.  I just get told to download the Sep 23, 2022 version.  You can't even talk to someone on the phone anymore. When you call you just get a voice message that tells you to message them via email. Well you do that and you are lucky to get a response back.  I just want to list my parts without headache.  I hire a guy for part number data entry and some units won't populate the part numbers.  I have issues with motolister almost daily.

Hi I wanted to chime in cause I downloaded moto lister and tried to download moto lister pro so I can get the extras that is well needed and I keep getting error bad gateway I contacted them as well they said one time that I need to download the November of 2023 version I did that with many others and get the same message. Also get no response to anything else I've messaged them several times and hot not additional response at all. Also one other question is for printing the barcode lables with the number on them can I use my rollo label printer or does it have to be dymo?

You would think ebay would make their own listing tool that would do everything motolister offers..

eBay did have a listing tool that was pretty good called Turbo Lister but they discontinued it some years ago.
