I recently had to process an order cancellation that required a lot of back-and-forth with the buyer, and I noticed an oddity with the inbox.
At first, I realized that some of the messages I had recieved from the buyer weren't appearing in the conversation history of our discussion or my inbox. At first, I thought the buyer was deleting their messages for some reason, but then I noticed that some of my own messages weren't appearing in the conversation history. This made me think that it may be a problem with the buyer replying to older messages from the both of us, so I looked to see if I could find some of the missing messages buried in any previous replies, but no luck.
By the time everything was resolved, I had three different conversations going on with the same buyer, and over half of our messages weren't showing up (although I still have the emails showing the missing messages and replies). Is there a way to see a buyer's messages and replies chronologically without sifting through a myriad of emails?
