I am not able to look up my listings by SKU number- I used to be able to search by "SKU" , "Contains" and a partial SKU number to get a list of like products. Please fix this. I need to be able to sort my stock by SKU type. Categories is too broad.
This function worked during 2020, until about June or so 2021. I have written "help" messages but apparently that was the wrong place to request help. I am not a large seller, but have enough items that this issue is becoming a real problem!!

Velvet - just wanted to let you know I gave it 5 months and the "fix" hasn't kicked in yet. Let me know if you'd like some documentation and I can send more screenshots.

Since Velvet has moved to another department, let me tag more staff to see if we can get an update on this 8-month old issue.
Unlike the prior feature, the current SKU lookup feature in Seller Hub can only search on whole words.
Using "contains" and searching for "Test", I can find "test item", but not TestItem1, TestItem2, etc.
It is also failing to return any listings that contain variation SKUs.

Hey @shipscript! I will follow up with the Seller Hub team on this. Once I hear back with an update I will be sure to let you know!

Yes, for example all of my listings for shoes begin with "S" followed by a number, to distinguish them from dresses, etc. No al have "shoe" in the title since some are sandals, etc. So I would like to see all of my shoes in a list, including all sandals but not dresses or anything other than footwear. This seems like a simple request that would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

Hi Team, I gave this another 8 months in hopes of a fix but it's still broken. Any chance we can get a programmer's attention at eBay so we can do boolean style searches of our inventory? Happy to provide screenshots if exposition is needed.

Why is ebay wanting us to add a space in the SKU and waste a valuable space holder for valuable information.
This makes no sense. Hard to believe it worked correctly and now does not.

Does anyone know if there is any resolution to this? I still can't get wildcard search working on my SKUs. Adding spaces seems to work as suggested in a few posts but is there any other way around this?
thanks

I have not see any change or improvement in a SKU search.

I am having the same problem. It is a big problem for me as I have thousands of listings. When I was creating the listings I did not put spaces in some listings but put spaces in others. For example, some are DM01 and some are DM 03. Searching for SKU that contain "DM" only picks up "DM 03". Now I know to leave spaces but in the meanwhile, I am having a huge problem finding the listings. How hard is it to fix this?
