Depends are what phone you are using... If it is an Iphone- I believe there is link in the listing page to add video. If you use an android phone like many- there is no option to add video anymore... which is very odd because they used to have it years ago but then got rid of it. If this is the case - you need to use a desktop computer to list and connect your phone with a cable to download the video.
Im not really sure where ebays priorities are at anymore... they think video is a game changer but realistically its a pain to upload......it used to accept most video formats (such as from a nikon digital camera) but now they only accept mp4 coding..... so it is a hassle to add video on the desktop because the phone app does not work for video and a hard connection to phone is a pita.
Realistically - i do not know aof any data that shows video helps sales or conversion so it may be a waste of time anyway....although i have added a few to show a vintage tool or part is working.....
The one thing GARRANTEED to improve conversion and sales is fixing the search to show what people type in the box instead of unrelated Chinese promoted listings- this is just frustrating buyers again and driving people off the platform.
