IPadOS not displaying properly

Updated to latest iPadOS, also did latest eBay app update.

When I view an item I purchased and click “more actions” the drop down menu appears in the top part of the page but I can’t access any of the drop down items.  It is as if the menu is covered up or hidden by other graphics.
